Self-Worth in Motion is a small, intimate workshop series for women who are ready for honest conversation, practical tools, personal reflection, and actual movement forward.
Think of it like networking meets mastermind meets women finally telling the truth — with snacks, support, and guidance from Miriam.
This is not about showing up perfect.
Why this is a 2-part workshop
One evening can create clarity.
Two evenings create accountability.
In Part 1, we’ll name what’s actually keeping you stuck and begin giving you tools to move through it.
Then you’ll have several weeks to practice, notice what comes up, and start applying what you learned in real life.
In Part 2, we’ll come back together to sort through what surfaced, receive support, and help the work actually take root.
Because this isn’t meant to be another night where you feel inspired and then go home unchanged.
This is about making a real commitment to yourself.

Part 1 is where we slow down and identify what’s really been keeping you stuck.
You’ll be guided through reflection, conversation, and practical exercises to help you understand the patterns behind your self-doubt, body frustration, and fear of being seen.
You’ll leave with more clarity, personal insight, and specific tools to begin practicing right away.
Part 2: Move Forward

Part 2 is where we come back together after you’ve had time to actually live with the tools.
We’ll talk through what shifted, what felt hard, what came up, and where you still feel stuck.
This session includes more personal coaching, support from the group, and practical next steps so the work doesn’t stay theoretical.
You’ll leave with a clearer path forward and a stronger sense of what it looks like to keep choosing yourself.

A note from Miriam
I created this workshop because I’ve worked with so many women who are powerful, capable, beautiful, wise, and deeply worthy — but still struggle to actually see themselves that way.
I really do get it.
Being seen can feel vulnerable.
Liking yourself can feel unfamiliar.
Repairing your relationship with your body can feel overwhelming.
Taking the first step can feel scarier than staying frustrated.
But you do not have to wait until you feel perfectly confident to begin.
